Answers to What You’re Wondering

A few answers to help you feel more informed, safe, and ready to begin. If your question isn’t here, you’re always welcome to reach out or book Discovery Call where we can discuss it in more detail.

Yes. Hypnotherapy is considered safe when practiced by a trained professional. It is widely used by different professionals, including psychologists, doctors, and sports performance specialists, to support mental well-being, focus, stress management, and personal development. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process.

The experience is different for everyone. Some clients notice a shift already during or right after the session – a sense of calm, lightness, or mental quiet.

For others, the changes unfold more gradually over the following days, as the nervous system begins to settle and integrate the work. While meaningful shifts can happen quickly, deeper and more lasting change often comes from giving your system a bit more time and space, allowing us to gently work with patterns at their root.

Your personalized audio supports this process between sessions, helping to reinforce and deepen the results.

Your personalized recording is a very important part of the process. During the session, we open the door to change. The recording is what helps your system return to that state again and again – gently reinforcing the new patterns on a deeper, subconscious level. Repetition is what creates lasting change.

By listening regularly, you allow your mind and body to integrate the work in a way that feels natural, safe, and sustainable. So while it’s not about “having to,” those who listen consistently often experience deeper and more stable results.

I always tell my clients that we actually need a little anxiety in our lives – because its main purpose is to help keep us safe. So the goal is not to remove anxiety completely, but to help you feel in control of it – so it doesn’t control you. Many clients still have anxious thoughts, but they don’t feel overwhelmed by them anymore. Instead, they are able to calm down much faster and go on with their lives.

We can meet online, and it’s just as effective as in person. If you’re in Denmark, you’re also welcome to my office. You can choose whichever feels easiest and most comfortable for you.

Sessions take place online via Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and a place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. You’ll still be aware and in control the entire time – just more calm, inward, and connected. Many people find it even easier to relax in their own environment, where everything already feels familiar and safe.

Hypnosis is simply a state of focused relaxation. You can hear my voice, you can think your own thoughts, and you can stop at any moment if you choose to. And yes, you remember everything you said. Many clients are surprised by how natural it feels – more like deep relaxation than anything mysterious.

It really depends on you and what you’re looking for. Some people come for a single session and experience a shift. Others choose to work together more deeply, which allows us to gently unwind patterns at their root and create more lasting change. We can always start in a way that feels right for you, and take it from there.

Yes. Many of my clients have ADD/ADHD. In my experience, people with ADD/ADHD can relax and benefit from hypnotherapy just as well – we may simply use a slightly different approach. Just let me know before we start 🙂

Hypnotherapy can help many people who struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking, or stress. However, it is not suitable for people with epilepsy or schizophrenia. For everyone else, I make sure the approach feels safe and supportive for your situation before we start, so you can feel comfortable and in control throughout the process.
