Let’s clear something up first…

Hypnotherapy is not what you’ve seen on stage — no one is going to make you bark like a dog, forget your name, or suddenly become someone you’re not.

Hypnotherapy is simply a guided state of focused attention — a bit like when you’re deeply absorbed in a book, a movie, or even your own thoughts while driving and suddenly realize you don’t remember the last few turns.

Your body is relaxed, your mind is calm. And your inner world becomes more accessible.

So what actually happens?

Instead of trying to “fix” you or change who you are, we gently go deeper — to the root of what’s creating the anxiety, overthinking, or inner tension in the first place.

Because most of what you struggle with isn’t random. It’s learned. It’s stored. It’s protective.

From a neuroscience perspective, many of our patterns are driven by the subconscious mind — the part of you that’s responsible for automatic reactions, emotional responses, and deeply ingrained beliefs.

Talking alone often reaches only the surface. Hypnotherapy allows us to access the level where those patterns actually live.

And when the root is understood, when your system feels safe enough, change doesn’t need to be forced.

It happens naturally.

Will I become a different person?

No. If anything, you become more yourself. Nothing is added to you and nothing is taken away. We simply remove what was never truly you to begin with.

A gentle way back to yourself

Hypnotherapy is not about control. It’s about connection to your body, your emotions, to the parts of you that have been trying to protect you all along. And when those parts are finally heard, you don’t need to fight yourself anymore.

You can simply be.
